Mrs Jennifer Stewart who heads our family department is a member of the Family Law Panel, Domestic Violence Forum for men and women and Resolution, Approved by the Law Society and the Legal Services Commission. We are experienced in all family matters including separation and divorce.

We offer expert advice with understanding and care in sensitive areas such as contact with children, child maintenance, child custody and adoption.

Clients wishing to take proceedings to ensure a fair division of the family assets in matrimonial cases or proper arrangements for the welfare of the children may be eligible for "Legal Aid", or as it is now known, Public Funding. We can help you complete the necessary application forms.
